This is a popular universal shape  Half Cone  manufactured for using manicures and pedicures.
 These bits are of three variants.

Extra Fine (yellow) bits are recommended for polishing the skin around the nails, unevenness on the nails, keratin granulation of the nails and  to smooth out the top of nails.

Fine (blue) bits are recommended for treating the skin around the nails, lifting and removing dead cuticle, unevenness on the nails, the gloss of natural nails before the build-up of acrylic nails and keratin granulation of the nails.

 Medium (pink) are recommended for treating the skin around the nail, removing the gloss of natural nails before the build-up of acrylic nails, coarseness of the toes and fingers and unevenness on the nails.
Upon completion of the work with a client, all bits that were used to perform the procedure must be washed, cleaned, sterilized and dried. A solution of at least 70% alcohol is recommended for effective disinfection.
Speed recommendation: up to 15000 RPM.
