We offer professional repair and cleaning for all types of nail e-files. Free diagnostics.

Please note that diagnostics require us to open and disassemble the handpiece. Once opened, we cannot store it disassembled while waiting for repair approval.

By sending your handpiece to us, you authorize necessary repairs if the total repair cost is less than 50% of the approximate retail value of a comparable handpiece, based on our current handpiece prices. We will complete the repair and the customer will be responsible for the cost.

If the repair is expected to cost 50% or more, we will contact you before proceeding.

If you do not agree to repairs under these terms, please do not send your handpiece for diagnostics.

We recommend cleaning handpieces every 6–12 months for salon use, and every 1–4 years for personal use.

How It Works

1. Send us an email hello@u-tools.ca with

• A description of the issue — tell us what’s wrong.
• A short video — especially if your e-file isn’t turning on or is making unusual noises.

2. Mail in your e-file after we confirm the details. We’ll provide free diagnostics, confirm the repair costs, and complete the repair.
