ALL PRICES DISPLAYED ON THE WEBSITE ARE IN CAD (Canadian dollars). Depending on your country, currency conversions will be reflected on your credit card/banking statement bill. Currency conversion rates and any related fees are determined by your bank or credit card provider. If you receive a refund, the amount may differ from the original payment due to currency fluctuations — we are not responsible for such differences.

SHIPPING POLICY

  • We ship our products via domestic Canada Post Expedited Parcel for our customers. It takes a standard 1–2 BUSINESS DAYS to process orders after payment has been made, plus an additional 1–8 BUSINESS DAYS for the package to be received depending on the destination. Orders may not be shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Express shipping may be available, but availability is not guaranteed.

  • We offer free Canada shipping on all orders over $130.

  • Tracking information/delivery confirmation numbers will be provided and sent to your email once your order has shipped. The customer is responsible for tracking the item once it is shipped and contacting the post office if they receive a delivery notice.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to track their shipment and pick it up promptly if a delivery attempt is made. If the carrier returns the package to us due to the customer’s failure to track, claim, or arrange re-delivery, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs. If the order is refunded instead, we will deduct the original shipping costs and a restocking fee of 5–15%, even if the order originally qualified for free shipping.

  • SHIPPING CHARGES ARE SEPARATE FROM CUSTOM CHARGES. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS/DUTIES CHARGES ON YOUR ORDER. CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CUSTOMS DUTIES. DUTIES ARE DETERMINED AND COLLECTED BY YOUR COUNTRY. WE DO NOT COLLECT ANYTHING FROM THE DUTIES.

  • Customs clearance delays are possible and may extend delivery timelines.
    Check with your local post office or customs office for any import duties, local taxes, and handling charges that may be applied to your purchase.

  • Custom authorities require that we state the value of the order on the package. It is illegal to falsify customs declarations or mark an item as a “gift” to avoid customs fees.

  • Customers may get notified by customs or the local post office for customs clearance. Please contact them immediately upon receiving a notice. Delays in contact can result in delivery delays or even non-delivery.

  • Delivery times are NOT guaranteed. Once it leaves our warehouse, we no longer have control or access to the package.

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items once the package leaves our warehouse.

  • We offer shipping insurance; however, it does not always cover the full value of the parcel. If your insured item is lost, we may require a signed letter from you confirming that it was not received before we can submit a claim. It is the customer’s responsibility to keep track of their shipment.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS & UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

In the case of refused shipments, unclaimed packages, or items returned to us due to non-pickup:

  • Customers are responsible for reshipping costs if the item needs to be sent again.

  • If a refund is issued instead, we will deduct a restocking fee (5–15%) from the total order amount. This fee includes original shipping and return costs, even if your order originally qualified for free shipping.

CANCEL ORDERS

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours via our contact page.

  • We charge a 5% cancellation fee on the total order amount.
  • Cancellation requests must be confirmed by us in writing before the order is considered canceled.
  • If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Our merchant processors do not refund processing fees, so we incur irreversible charges that we must deduct from your refund.

RETURNS

Due to the personal-use nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted.
In rare cases, at our discretion, we may accept a return if:

  • The item is unused and in unopened original packaging.
  • The customer covers return shipping costs.
  • We deduct the original shipping costs plus a restocking fee (5–15%) from the refund.

ORDERING & PAYMENT

Payments for our products can be made safely through PayPal, Google Pay, ShopPay, or Stripe using credit or debit cards. We do NOT store any credit card or debit card information. Customers are charged at the time of purchase.
