This is a popular shape  Half Cone is manufactured for using manicures.
 These bits are of three variants.

Extra Fine (yellow) bits are recommended for polishing the skin around the nails, unevenness on the nails, and  to smooth out the top of nails.

Fine (blue) bits are recommended for treating the skin around the nails, lift and removing dead cuticle, unevenness on the nails, the gloss of natural nails before the build-up of acrylic nails, and to  smooth out the top of nails.

 Medium (pink) are recommended for treating nails’ walls, removing the gloss of natural nails before the build-up of acrylic nails, and unevenness on the nails.

Upon completion of the work with a client, all bits that were used to perform the procedure must be washed, cleaned, sterilized and dried. A solution of at least 70% alcohol is recommended for effective disinfection.
Speed recommendation: up to 20000 RPM.
