The Staleks Corn-Shaped Tungsten Carbide Nail Drill Bit is designed for the fast and controlled removal of gel polish, builder gel, acrylic, and other hard artificial nail coatings. It is also suitable for correcting extended nails and refining the shape and thickness of artificial nail enhancements.

Its 4 × 14 mm corn-shaped working head removes material efficiently in small chips rather than creating excessive fine dust. The precision-cut tungsten carbide surface helps leave the artificial nail smooth and even, making this professional e-file bit an excellent choice for nail correction and product removal.

Recommended Uses

In manicure:

• Removing gel polish, builder gel, acrylic, and other hard coatings

• Medium (Blue): Versatile cutting action for routine removal of gel polish, builder gel, and artificial nail enhancements.

• Coarse (Green): Strong cutting action for efficiently removing thick, dense, or hard artificial nail coatings.

Important Safety Information

Always use the speed recommended for the selected grit and treatment. Do not exceed the maximum operating speed. Excessive RPM or incorrect technique may cause heat buildup, damage the nail, or injure the client.

This bit is intended for trained professional use. Avoid using it directly on the natural nail plate unless the specific procedure and technique permit it.

Cleaning, Disinfection and Sterilization

After every use:

• Clean the bit thoroughly to remove all visible debris.

• Disinfect it with an approved professional instrument disinfectant.

• Sterilize it according to the manufacturer’s instructions and applicable salon regulations.

• Dry the bit completely before storage.
