We do not accept returns since U-tools products fall under the category of personal care goods (beauty products). However, to put our customers at ease, we allow exchanges if you ordered the wrong items.

We allow one-time exchanges for a fee that will cover the cost of shipping both ways. Please contact us at hello@u-tools.ca with the exchange request and order number. We will calculate the exchange fee that covers the cost of shipping both ways. If you decide to proceed, we will send you the shipping label and shipping instructions. Please note that Nail Drill Bit Machines (E-file) are excluded from exchanges and considered final sale.

Please use your return label within one week of receiving it via email, or it will be voided after one week.

Damages and other issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and make it right.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after they are shipped out, or for shipping delays out of our control.
