Politique d'expédition

  • ALL PRICES DISPLAYED ON THE WEBSITE ARE IN CAD (Canadian dollars). Depending on your country, currency conversions will be reflected on your credit card/banking statement bill.
  • We ship our products via domestic Canada Post Expedited Parcel for our customers. It takes a standard 2-4 BUSINESS DAYS to process orders after payment has been made and an additional 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS for the package to be received depending on the package destinations. Orders may not be shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
  • We offer free Canada and US shipping on all orders over $99.
  • Tracking information/delivery confirmation numbers for orders will be provided and sent to emails once your order is shipped.

  • SHIPPING CHARGES ARE SEPARATE FROM CUSTOM CHARGES. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS/DUTIES CHARGES ON YOUR ORDER. CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CUSTOMS DUTIES. DUTIES ARE DETERMINED AND COLLECTED BY YOUR COUNTRY. WE DO NOT COLLECT ANYTHING FROM THE DUTIES.

  • Delivery times are NOT guaranteed. Once it leaves our warehouse, we no longer have control or access to the package.

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items once the package leaves our warehouse.

  • Custom authorities require that we state the value of the order on the package. It is illegal to falsify customs declarations or mark an item as a "gift" in order to avoid customs fees.

  • Check with your local post office or the customs office for any import duties, local taxes, and handling charges that may be applied to your purchase. Please note that we do not determine any foreign duties or local taxes associated with imported packages.

  • Customers may get notified by the customs or local post office for customs clearance. Please make sure to contact the postal office immediately when you receive a notice from customs. Delay in contact can result in a delay in delivery or even non-delivery.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

  • In the case of refused shipments, we will deduct the shipping costs from your total refund. Refused shipments will be treated as canceled orders, and a cancellation fee will be incurred. The cancellation fee depends on the items and is typically between 5-15%.

CANCEL ORDERS

  • If an order needs to be canceled, please contact us within 24 hours via our contact page. We charge a 5% cancellation fee on the total order amount. Our merchant processors do not refund processing fees so we incur irreversible fees that we have to deduct from your refund. If an order is shipped out already, we will not be able to cancel the order.

ORDERING & PAYMENT

  • Payments for our products can be made safely through PayPal, Google Pay, ShopPay or Stripe with credit card and debit card options. We do NOT store any credit card or debit card information.
