Carbide Bit Cone 10-5-8 – Coarse

A cone-shaped carbide bit with a rounded tip for safe, efficient removal of gel, acrylic, and hybrid enhancements. Coarse crosscut design allows for powerful cutting while preventing heat buildup. Made from tungsten carbide that is 10× stronger than standard carbide.

Coated Tungsten Carbide Bit Cone CZ12-2-2 – Fine Grit

Cone-shaped carbide bit with a safety tip for gel and acrylic removal. The coating reduces heat buildup and prevents clogging. Fine grit allows for controlled work near skin.

Coated Tungsten Carbide Bit Cone CD9-3-7 – Medium

A thin, needle-rounded shape with a safe edge for detailed correction work. Ideal for precise acrylic buildup corrections, under-nail cleaning, and intricate nail art. The coating provides 20× the strength of steel and minimizes overheating.

Diamond Nail Drill Bits D-67, shape rounded cylinder — Medium

A rounded cylinder shape with no sharp edges for safe work around the cuticle area. Good for shaping the free edge, prepping the nail plate for acrylic application, and gently removing cuticles from side walls.

Diamond Nail Drill Bit Pointed Flame D-118 — Fine

A pointed flame shape for detailed cuticle elevation and precision cleaning. The fine grit is ideal for delicate work around sensitive cuticles and for polishing the cuticle zone after removal.

Silicone Drill Bit H-506 – Coarse

A silicone bit for the finishing stage. Coarse grit is effective for smoothing callused cuticle zones and prepping the nail plate before extension application. Use with cuticle oil at the end of the service for a polished finish.

How To Use

Start with natural nail prep. Use the Diamond Rounded Cylinder (D-67) at 8,000–12,000 RPM to shape the free edge and gently clean side walls. Switch to the Diamond Pointed Flame (D-118) at 6,000–10,000 RPM to exfoliate cuticles and clean the cuticle pocket. You can also use the Silicone Candle (H-506) at 8,000–12,000 RPM to prep the nail plate for extensions.

If you're working with existing acrylic nail or gel polish, reach for the Tungsten Carbide Cone (10-5-8) at 15,000–20,000 RPM to remove the grown out product and rebalance. Work in one direction, parallel to the nail plate.

Once new product has been applied, use the Coated Tungsten Carbide Cone (CZ12-2-2) at 15,000–20,000 RPM to refine the shape and clean up around the cuticle area. For more detailed work — such as precise shaping and cleaning under the nail plate—switch to the Coated Tungsten Carbide Needle Rounded (CD9-3-7).

At the very end of the service—after new product has been applied and top coat cured—apply cuticle oil and use the Silicone Candle (H-506) at 8,000–12,000 RPM to smooth the skin around the nail and add a final polished finish.
