Diamond Drill Bit D-169, Hollow Rounded Cylinder — Medium

A hollow cylinder bit with four ventilation slots that allow dust and dead skin particles to pass through, preventing clogging and reducing heat buildup. Medium grit is ideal for removing dead and keratinized skin from feet and heels while remaining gentle on healthy skin. Works for both wet and dry pedicure techniques.

Diamond Nail Drill Bit D-32, shape inverted cone — Coarse

A small inverted cone bit with a rounded safety top that minimizes injury risk. Thanks to its shape, it is effective for cleaning toenail grooves. The compact size offers enhanced control for detailed work.

Diamond drill bit D-60 shape Barrel — Coarse

A large barrel shape, the biggest in its class, for heavy-duty pedicure work. Coarse grit is ideal for removing parts of the nail plate, treating and removing corns and calluses, and addressing surface cracks on thick toenails. Excellent for callus reduction and smoothing thick nail plates.

Diamond drill bit D-37 Candle — Medium

A candle shape with a slightly rounded tip for safe work. It is used for lifting and removing cuticles around toenails, cleaning nail walls, and gentle polishing of cracks on the heel to smooth rough skin.

Silicone Drill Bit H-506 – Coarse

A silicone bit for the finishing stage. Coarse grit is excellent for smoothing callused cuticle zones and refining rougher skin. Use with cuticle oil at the very end of the service to hydrate and add a polished finish.

Nail Drill Bit Storage Box NC-10

Compact plastic case that holds up to nine 3/32" bits. Keeps bits organized and protected when not in use.

How To Use

Start with the Diamond Hollow Rounded Cylinder (D-169) at 12,000–18,000 RPM to remove dead and keratinized skin from heels and feet. The hollow design with ventilation slots prevents clogging and keeps the bit running cool.

For heavy callus removal and nail plate work, use the Diamond Barrel (D-60) at 10,000–15,000 RPM to treat corns, calluses, and surface cracks on thick toenails.

Switch to the Diamond Inverted Cone (D-32) at 8,000–12,000 RPM for detailed work—removing thickened skin around nail folds. The rounded safety top helps prevent injury.

Use the Diamond Candle (D-37) at 8,000–12,000 RPM to clean nail walls, lift rough cuticles, and gently polish cracks on the heel.

At the very end of the service—after polish has been applied and top coat cured—apply cuticle oil and use the Silicone Candle (H-506) at 8,000–12,000 RPM to smooth the skin and add a polished finish.
