How to select the grit: 

  • 80 grit: for filing off extremely hard skin on heels
  • 100 grit: for filing off hard skin on regular feet
  • 150 grit: for feet with diabetes, very sensitive feet, feet that have flaking skin or feet with cracks
  • 180 grit: for polishing
  • 220 grit: for polishing
