• Regular shipping cost is $9.90 for orders below $130 and free for orders of $130 or more.

Returns:

• We generally do not accept returns for U-tools products as they fall under the category of personal care goods (beauty products), unless there is a manufacturer's defect.
• However, if you have ordered the wrong item, we are open to discussing your options on an individual basis. Please contact us at hello@u-tools.ca to discuss your situation.
• If you decide to return an item that is not due to a fault on our part, a shipping fee and restocking fee may be deducted from the refund.
