The Staleks Cone-Shaped Tungsten Carbide Nail Drill Bit is designed for efficient removal and correction of artificial nail enhancements. Its wide 6 × 14 mm working head quickly removes gel polish, builder gel, acrylic, and other hard coatings while helping create a smooth, even surface.

The cone shape provides excellent control when reducing excess product, refining extended nails, and cleaning areas near the lateral nail folds. It can also be used by trained professionals for processing thickened toenails, localized calluses, and keratinized skin during pedicure and podology treatments.

Made from durable tungsten carbide, this professional e-file bit delivers efficient cutting performance and removes material in small chips rather than producing excessive fine dust.

• Coarse (Green): Strong cutting action for quickly removing thick, dense, or durable artificial coatings and reducing very hard, keratinized material.

Important Safety Information

Always select the appropriate grit and operating speed for the procedure. Do not exceed the recommended maximum speed. Excessive RPM, pressure, or incorrect technique may cause heat buildup, damage the nail, or injure the client.

This bit is intended for trained professional use. It may help reduce thickened nail material but does not diagnose, cure, or treat fungal infections.

Cleaning, Disinfection and Sterilization

After every use:

• Clean the bit thoroughly to remove all visible debris.

• Disinfect it with an approved professional instrument disinfectant.

• Sterilize it according to the manufacturer’s instructions and applicable salon regulations.

• Dry the bit completely before storage.

Alcohol-based disinfectants do not replace proper sterilization.
